Olahraga Malam Bikin Susah Tidur Atau Malah Pules?

    Buat para penghuni ibukota atau kota-kota besar yang emang super sibuk, olahraga rutin itu jadi hal yang sulit untuk diterapin di pagi atau sore hari setiap harinya ya. Sementara setau aku sih yang bagus itu adalah setiap harinya kita nyempetin olahraga ya. Untuk ngakalinnya sebenernya kita bisa olahraga di malam hari, tapi katanya bikin susah tidur ya? Bener ngga sih?

    Kalau dari info yang aku baca sih kalo olahraga malam ini ga akan bikin kita susah tidur asaaaaaaaaaalllll ikutin tips-tipsnya berikut yang aku kutip ya :

    Nah tuh, kalo udah gini harusnya ga ada alasan lagi untuk kita ngga olahraga ya ;)

    Mungkin yg mempengaruhi kondisi tubuh gan, kalau ane hbs olahraga malam pasti ngantuk, biasanya hbs futsal

    absi olahraga kan capek tuh, enak buat tidur sebentar juga pules :D

    Menurut saya sih bikin pules bro.. tapi besoknya pegel-pegel tuh badan

    ane sering bulutangkis sore kadang malam.. tidurnya tetep pulas.. malah pakai ngorok segala.. he.he..

    menurut saya mau olahraga apa enggak, kalok urusan tidur tergantung individu masing-masing *bingung*

    olah raga malemm,hemm
    olah raga tu baik di pagi kalo ngak sore biar habis olah raga bisa mandi ,nanti kalo olah raga malem efeknya males mandi dengan alasan udah ngatuk /kecapeaan alangkah lebih baik olah raga itu di lakukan pada pagi atau sore ,kalo ane sih maen bola kolo sore jadi malem gak usah olah raga udah capek duluan tinggal ngantknya hehehe*bohong*

    nah kalo cowok demen banget futsal malem dibanding siang kan gan?
    ane juga suka jogging malem, beneran pules deh tidurnya

    nah bener tuh, bisa begitu kebanyakan cewek juga milih olahraga ringan kaya jogging yaa

    Secara teori juga kurang bagus gan , soalnya pori2 akan membesar dan berkeringat apabila terkena angin malam akan tidak bagus bro
