    bisa dengan mengkonsumi makanan alami seperti buah2an gan *bergaya*

    wah berarti kalo lagi badminton saya melanggar itu semua ya....

    Kebiasaan kalau mau olah raga makan sebakul... setelah itu langsung tidur..
    Olahraganya gak jadi :eek::D

    kalo kebiasaan ane biar olahraganya berenergi kita makan aja kyak makan biasa, atau gak buah buahan kayak pisang 1-2 jam sebelum olahraga biar ga lemes olahraganya dan yang pastinya perbanyak air putih (jangan es) biar ga dehidrasi..
