    Betul banget, cuma memang selalu agak susah nerapinnya kalo buat org2 yang hidup di perkotaan dan produktif :)

    Ini cocok untuk yg masih muda, tapi kalau yg sudah tua gimana,, ada resep supaya awet tua juga gak??
